Jay miller got it right. Dark purple color. Red fruit, spice, earth. Some tannic heat. This wine can go further. Similar result to previous tasting. A bit astringent on the opening, but mellowed out relatively quickly.
Not overly complex, but good mouthfeel. Probably has a bit more age left in it.
