I went through the whole merge module problem several months ago, so I know that Crystal Reports is being deployed properly. I recently upgraded the client which is when this problem was first reported, however there were no changes to the form that uses the Crystal Reports component.
The problem also seems to be intermittent. The first user to report the problem, unsinstalled, reinstalled and then restarted, and the problem went away. The second user was using the new client for two days before the problem occured.
I instructed her to uninstall, reinstall and reboot and I am awaiting the results. I'm wondering if anyone else ever experienced this problem, and why it might work fine for two days and then stop.
